Breakfast is served in our spacious dining room overlooking Morecambe Bay, between 7.15am and 10.00am. Full of fresh and nourishing foods. Juices, cereal, toast and jams, honey, syrup and marmalade, and an extensive cooked breakfast menu with freshly brewed ground coffee and tea - a great way to start your day!

English Breakfast– beechwood smoked maple cured bacon, Lancashire sausage, black pudding, fried local farm egg, mushrooms, vine-ripened tomato, hash brown and baked beans
Eggs Benedict– a toasted English muffin topped with honey roast ham, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce
Buttermilk Pancakes– delicious homemade buttermilk pancakes served with a jug of maple syrup
Simply Bacon and Eggs– beechwood smoked maple cured bacon with two fried local farm eggs
Porridge with Caramelised Apple– traditional porridge oats topped with homemade caramelised apples
Omelette– an omelette made from the freshest local eggs with a choice of filling
Dippy Eggs– soft boiled eggs with buttered toasted soldiers
Fresh Columbian coffee,
English Breakfast tea or Earl Grey tea. A selection of speciality teas is also available.
White or wholemeal toast with a selection of preserves
We source as much of our food as possible from local, independent suppliers.
