Breakfast at The Ashleylocal produceBreakfast is served in our spacious Dining Room overlooking Morecambe Bay, between 7.15am and 9.30am.
Juices, cereal, toast and jams, honey, syrup and marmalade, and an extensive cooked breakfast menu with freshly brewed ground coffee and tea - a great way to start your day!
Vegetarian options and our chef can cater for special diets.

Breakfast Menu

Freshly squeezed orange juice and a selection of cereals

and a choice of:

English Breakfast - grilled Lancashire bacon, sausage and black pudding, fried local farm egg, field mushroom,
grilled vine-ripened tomato and fried bread

Simply Bacon and Eggs – grilled Lancashire Bacon with two fried local farm eggs
~
Scrambled Egg Muffin – scrambled local farm eggs on a toasted English muffin
~
French Omelette - an omelette made from the freshest local eggs with a choice of filling
~
Porridge – traditional Scott’s porridge oats made with milk
~
Dippy Eggs - boiled eggs with buttered toasted soldiers
~
Wild Blueberry Pancakes – homemade blueberry pancakes dusted with icing sugar
~
French Toast – our own recipe containing eggs, cream, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon, lightly fried and dusted with icing sugar

and choose from:

Fresh Columbian coffee or a
pot of English Breakfast or Earl Grey tea.
White and wholemeal toast with a selection of preserves

We source as much of our food as possible from local, independent suppliers. We are totally comitted to using fresh, local produce and ingredients.

All our food is cooked fresh to order not pre-prepared or re-heated.
