Breakfast is served in our spacious dining room overlooking Morecambe Bay, between 7.15am and 10.00am. Full of fresh and nourishing foods. Juices, cereal, toast and jams, honey, syrup and marmalade, and an extensive cooked breakfast menu with freshly brewed ground coffee and tea - a great way to start your day!

Lancashire black pudding, mushrooms and hash brown
Simply Bacon and Eggs– grilled local bacon with organic farm eggs
Scrambled Egg Muffin– scrambled farm eggs on a toasted English muffin
French Omelette– an omelette made from the freshest local organic farm eggs with a choice of filling
Porridge with Caramelised Apple– traditional Scott’s porridge served with caramelised apple
Dippy Eggs– boiled farm eggs with buttered toasted soldiers
Buttermilk Pancakes– homemade buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup
Fresh Columbian coffee or a
pot of English Breakfast or Earl Grey tea. A selection of speciality teas is also available.
White and wholemeal toast with a selection of preserves
We source as much of our food as possible from local, independent suppliers. We are totally committed to using fresh, local produce and ingredients.
All our dishes are homemade to order,
so a waiting time is to be expected.
